Day 1 – January 31st: Standing Series
On the first day, Amrei will guide participants through the Standing Series of Bikram Yoga. This set of postures focuses on building strength, flexibility and balance. Perfect for beginners, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of each posture and learn how to build proper alignment.

Day 2 – February 1st: Floor Series
On the second day, we’ll dive into the Floor Series of Bikram Yoga. This series complements the floor postures and focuses on flexibility, spinal health, and core strength.
